Spiritual Healing
The definition of spiritual healing is the channelling of energies by the healer to the patient in need of healing. More common forms of healing are Chi developed in China and Reiki, which was developed in Japan. We can all heal through channelling from a higher authority. Some of us are more adapt to this than others but with dedication and practice we can become more attuned.
Various spiritual healers use a variety of different ways to treat a person. Qigong Practitioners send powerful Qi intentions to the person in need. Qi is commonly known as life energy. Faith healers will use prayer; others will use mantras, chants, drums and trances etc. No faith is needed to use spiritual energy in healing. You do not need to be an ardent believer in god to use this method.
History Of Spiritual Healing
Spiritual healing has been used for thousands of years in the east. Mainly in countries such as: China and Japan. Only in the 19th to 20th century has the west become more aware of the true properties and power of healing. Absent or more broadly known as distant healing is becoming more widely known to people and can be used if properly to compliment medicine.
