Meditation Music

Meditation music used along with practice and time can train the mind and body to reach a state of ecstasy. True meditation is achieved when the mind is within a specific frequency range. Beginners often find when meditating they have difficulty achieving the “True” meditation state as their alert mind is not used to operating within this specific frequency range. Most beginners find that they simply cannot drop their brain frequency to the Alpha zone.

How can meditation music help?

We operate daily in an “Awake” state within a Beta State frequency. Meditation starts in the Alpha State. For True Meditation to begin one must drop their brain frequency from Beta to Alpha. We pass through the Alpha state on a daily basis but in most circumstances we pass right through this state into Theta then to Delta when we sleep. Using a Binaural Beat can drop your brain frequencies from Beta to the desired Alpha state within minutes.

Binaural beats are produced with Sine wave generators that are used to create music with two separate frequency waves and then introduced to each ear independently. The brain then reacts by creating a third tone which is the difference between the two. The brain instantly reacts to these frequencies causing a Shift in Consciousness. Once the mind is comfortable operating within the Alpha State, it can then progress to the Theta frequency. The Theta State creates a sense of Balance, Calmness, and contributes to better health. These are just some of the noted benefits of operating within this range. Theta Meditation is said to be the “Gateway to Eternal Bliss”. Remember true happiness comes from within.

Meditation music is just one way of helping you on your way to true meditation. Remember it is about what appeals to you most. Some people may prefer just sitting outside on a warm day, some may prefer sitting in a room on a Zen pillow.
